Force Commander

Force Commander

Over a thousand years ago in the Microverse, Baron Karza rose to power, slaying Dallan Rann and his wife, Lady Sepsis, in his quest for the throne of Homeworld.

Dallan Rann had served as a benevolent ruler of Homeworld for many years, leading them in both combat and in peace. His wisdom and knowledge had led Homeworld and the Microverse into a golden age. But the dark powers of Karza had grown as he gained more influence over the court of Homeworld, and he made his intentions of conquest known with his defeat of the warrior-king wearing the sacred armor of the Force Commander.

Karza’s rule would be brought to an end by Commander Arcturus Rann, aided by the power of the mysterious Enigma Force. But it would be a thousand years until the Enigma Force would resurrect his father, the fallen Force Commander.

After the coming of the Rifts breached the spacewall to the Microverse, the Shadow Priests sensed the return to power of Baron Karza, who had gained the control of the Invid. The Shadow Priests called upon the power of the Enigma Force to resurrect Dallan Rann, sending Force Commander to the land of Psyscape.

After a time of confusion and disorientation, Dallan Rann became a valued member of the Psyscape community after proving his worth against evils from the astral plane that threatened the monastery of Xanatoa. Eventually Force Commander would become a prominent leader of the community of Psyscape, with time spent teaching the Psi-Warriors at Xanatoa and Potomkane.

Now that Psyscape has returned to Rifts Earth, Dallan Rann knows that Karza’s kingdom in New Denver must be stopped, as well as the Nxla menace that is the concern of the rest of Psyscape’s leaders. With the aid of the warriors of Psyscape and his enhancement by the Enigma Force, he hopes to keep Karza's forces from dominating Rifts Earth as they once dominated the Microverse.
