Baron Karza is a hate-filled tyrant driven by revenge and desires of conquest. He has turned into a power-crazed megalomaniac who cares about nothing but the elimination of those who stand in his way. Entire races of beings have been fed to the hideous Body Banks of Homeworld, meeting extinction at his hand. He was eventually overthrown from the throne of the Microverse Homeworld by the Micronauts, but not before he was able to learn where to escape.
After his banishment from the Microverse, Karza took to the side of the Regis, mother of the Invid race. He offered her his unique abilities as a geneticist to continue her search for the ultimate form of evolution for the Invid that she ruled. Meanwhile the Masters were preparing an offensive of their own against the Invid.
Within two weeks time, the Masters were prepared to strike on this new colony of creatures which resembled the Invid that they had exterminated but were far more powerful and warlike. These were not what they were expecting. The Invid that they had known had not evolved completely into the warlike race that they saw before them. To say that the Masters were unprepared is an understatement.
Through the advantage of their Space Fold systems, the Masters' forces were able to appear seemingly from nowhere with a total surprise attack as the result of their ingenuity. The Invid cause seemed lost until the moment that Karza stepped into battle himself, his centaur body blasting away at the Bioroids and Zentraedi that had swarmed over his new allies. With his formidable physical and psychic powers at their side, the Invid struck back at their mortal enemies, turning the tide of the battle.
Soon the Invid stood victorious on the battleground, but at a great cost. Many casualties were suffered by the Invid in the Masters' initial surprise attack. Karza immediately went to work, making modifications to Invid physiology and mecha. Not even the Regis was fully aware of his work, with much of it kept completely in secret.
Eventually the Masters returned, but this time Karza was waiting for them, for he had secretly allowed the Masters to find the Regis' Invid armada. When the Masters moved to make their attack on the unsuspecting Invid armada, Karza, who knew of their position, ordered the Invid force into battle against their foes. The masters forces never knew what hit them.
Karza had prepared several new forms of Invid troops for combat and had been holding them in the secret confines of his lab, waiting for this opportunity. The release of the new Stormtroopers, four-armed black and red monsters resembling the purple Shock Troopers, was more than the bioroids could handle. Within minutes of the attack's beginning, it was over, with the Masters' ship executing a Space Fold to another part of the Megaverse. 90% of the Masters forces were lost that day, with only a 10% loss by the Invid thanks to what the Regis called, "the unselfish acts of heroism displayed by Karza."
Within the week, he was named the new All-Father to the Invid, the title that her husband the Regent had before the separation of the two entities and their respective followers. Karza continued making plans for the evolution of the Invid in public, all the while planning to overthrow her with the very technology and troops he was engineerinmg for her.
Several years passed, with Karza becoming a beloved part of the Invid worlds. The time was right. Early one morning Karza flipped the switch on his greatest accomplishment. The Regis' power was suddenly drawn into him, and she ceased to exist. The Invid were convinced that Karza should be the one to lead them in this most dire time. And behind the black grating of his poly-alloy mask, the man known as Karza smiled for the first time in many years.
His first destination was to Earth. He ordered a Space Fold and they were there. But something wasn't right. It wasn't the Earth he knew, or the one that the Invid had taken over before. This was different. This was a place brimming with magical energy, psionic energy, the ley lines. Being a powerful psychic, he could feel it and knew he would have to work hard to insure total victory over the Earth.
He set up headquarters in the Rocky Mountains, near the area that was Denver. He had a large palatial hive built on the remains of Mile High Stadium, with a large pit bored into the planet there to fuel his new body banks. All was in place.
His initial reconnaissance showed that the world was inhabited by large civilizations of powerful supernatural beings. This was the challenge that he was waiting for. The Invid quickly took over the surrounding area, while Karza created new beings to serve him as cannon fodder in combat. New dog soldiers (not to be confused with Dog Pack RCC) were put into service as he pondered what his next move was to be.
The Xiticix didn't give a chance to settle in, though. At great personal cost, they were repelled by the Invid troops and dog soldiers, pushed back to the hives of their homes. But Karza had seen enough to know that he would need time and allies to control this world. This would become the staging ground for Megaversal conquest. This would be worth the time required to slowly take the world.

Disposition: Tough, self-reliant, indomitable; cruel and sadistic in the extreme, he loves to inflict pain and suffering on other creatures (psychological, as well as physical). He is incredibly arrogant, envisioning himself to be a god! Aggressive, unrelenting, and cunning. He will slowly plot, as was shown by his destruction of the Regis.
Insanities: Suffers from megalomania, obsessed with becoming power itself. Is obsessed with the conquest of the Megaverse.

Attacks Per Melee: Nine by Hand to Hand in humanoid form, 11 in centaur form
Special Abilities:
Transmutation of self: At will, Karza can transform himself into a centaur. In this form he is heavily armed and armored, nearly impossible to defeat in one on one combat.
Axe Blaster: His right hand can become an indestructible battle axe doing 2d6x10 MD in hand to hand and capable of unleashing a blast of 2d4x10 MD at a range of 4000feet.
Blaster-104 Cannons: Mounted on either side of his horse body are plasma cannons equal in power to the Boom Guns of a Glitter Boy PA. They have a range of one mile and can be fired together or separately. Separately they do 3d6x10 MD; together they do an unbelievable 6d6x10 MD! There is an unlimited payload.
Taser-Darts: Also usable in humanoid form, from the four nozzles on the armor on his chest are four taser darts which are launched, electrocuting up to 3d6MD per dart per round in contact with target. The darts are withdrawn at Karza's mental comand.
Fist Launchers: Also usable in humanoid form, Karza can detach his fists and use them with full articulation at a range up to 100 feet. They fists have their own propulsion of unknown means, travelling at a speed of 120 m.p.h. When launched in such a manner, the damage is 4d6SDC for a restrained punch; 4d6 MD for a normal strike; and 1d4x10 for a power strike, costing two attacks and causing the fist to immediately return.
Eldritch Blasts: In either form, Karza can fire blasts of up to 1d4x10 MD of magical energy from his wrists, at a range of up to 450 feet.
Optic Blasts: Both forms have the ability to project blasts of pure energy at a range of 1000 feet, with a damage of up to 2d6MD.
Transmutation of Invid: Stolen from the Regis, this awesome power allows Karza to bio-engineer clones and instantly evolve them into any of the five Invid forms. This ability can also be used to completely transform an Invid into other life forms, as shown in the Genesis Pits. Note: This power works only on Invid.
Transmutation of Invid Mecha: The ability to create or repair the various invid mecha, almost magically. Karza is still mastering this ability and rarely uses it to repair mecha, since he sees the Invid as expendable so long as he can create more by transmutation or from the Body Banks in New Denver.
Transmutation of Invid Hives: The alchemical technology used to create the hives. The creation of a hive with its complete workings requires 1d8 days each for Karza.
Stasis Bubble: Baron Karza can create a stasis bubble around something, preserving that object in a state of suspended animation for up to 400 years. The stasis field has 100 MDC. Destroying a stasis bubble has a 90% chance of destroying the contents of the bubble. The size limit of a stasis bubble is roughly 60 feet.
Psionic Abilities:
Telepathic Communication: A mental ability by which Baron Karza can communicate with any or all of his Invid. Range is indefinite, can communicate across dimensional barriers and over light years of distance. Telepathy can be used to communicate with any life forms, but the range is reduced to about 20,000 miles, still able to cross extra-dimensional barriers. Able to execute mental probes and scans, with the victim able to save as normal.
Empathy: The ability to sense the emotions of any living creature at a range of up to 500 feet. This does not include empathic transfer.
Possession: Karza can exert his will over most normal beings. Each attempt requires a save vs. psionic attack for the intended target.
Sense Protoculture Energy: Baron Karza can psychically feel the use of protoculture energy from up to 100 miles. He can feel the presence of the Invid Flower of Life from up to 250 miles.
Force Field: Baron Karza can create a force field of 1500MDC around himself or up to 500 MDC around another target.
Bio-Manipulation: Karza can disrupt the normal life functions of a living being up to 50 feet away. Victims may save vs. psionic attack to only take half damage.
Mind Block: A mental wall that prevents the penetration of mental probes, telepathy, and empathy.
Note: ISP for psionics is not included because Karza's power has become effectively unlimited.
Note: Baron Karza is slowly becoming more like the Regis and Regent, his life force becoming more attached to the Invid! As this becomes more dominant, he will not be able to allow the Invid to be used like cannon fodder. He is slowly changing his tactics to reflect this. The Invid will not be carelessly sacrificed in a campaign, unless it is one he will win.
